An epic critique of political terror and the left
You are cordially invited to an exclusive full-length screening of the best political film of the 21st century.
Featuring a Q&A panel with the director, Olivier Assayas.
Panelists will include:
-Marco Roth, Tablet’s Critic at Large and a founding editor of N+1
-Mohammed al-Yahya, former editor of Al Arabia
-Lee Smith, Tablet Magazine columnist, former editor of the Village Voice Literary Supplement
-David Mikics, Tablet Magazine contributor, John and Rebecca Moores Professor of English at the University of Houston
Doors open at 1:00pm and Part I of Carlos will begin screening at 1:30pm.
You can expect a short break around 3:15pm followed by Part II of the series screening at 3:30pm.
At 5:15pm, there will be a break followed by a lively panel with Director Olivier Assayas.
Part III will screen from approximately 6:15 to 8:15pm.
A light dairy lunch from Russ and Daughters will be served, and concessions will be provided.
This is the first time it has ever been shown in a theater, and space is limited!
